Let’s get excited for Labor Day weekend! September 1, 2, and 3, 2018 Fiesta Hermosa takes place Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Fiesta Hermosa began in 1972 and has grown into one of the largest art & craft festivals in Southern California. With more than 300 vendors, live music, carnival rides, the Charity Beer and Wine Garden, Fiesta Siesta and delicious food fill downtown for residents and visitors on Memorial Day weekend. The family-friendly event, which also takes place on Labor Day Weekend, brings together thousands of regional residents which help to kick off summer at the beach.

Locals are encouraged to walk or bike to Fiesta Hermosa and use our popular free bike valet lot staffed by Hermosa Cyclery, which offers air for tires and on-site diagnostic checkups. Shuttle buses are also running to Fiesta Hermosa from Northrop Grumman at the southwest corner of Aviation Boulevard and 33rd St. People are encouraged to bring reusable bags to carry purchased items as vendors will not have plastic bags.
Our Kiddie Carnival featuring a 30-foot slide, mechanical rides and various games keeps children entertained during the holiday weekend. Meanwhile, busy mothers and fathers can find solace in the Fiesta Siesta that’s just for parents and their babies to relax, recoup and recharge with the assistance of volunteers.

Live music throughout each day from two main stages and a satellite stage helps maintain a festive atmosphere for the event. The Charity Beer and Wine Garden is always a hit too by offering libations with proceeds benefiting a number of local charities. We honored service men and women during the Memorial Celebration May 27 at noon by the pier.

Stop by the Information Booth at the Hermosa Ave/Pier Ave intersection with your suggestions & questions! We have maps, literature and info on upcoming events and membership! In the event you have a medical emergency while at the Fiesta, the Info Booth is the place to go.

Here's to a safe, memorable and SPF-70 weekend.
