**Reef and Sanuk orders are generally processed and begin shipping to our customers in
5-7 Business Days from the date of the order.**
We offer every sandal and shoe and most apparel goods made by Reef and Sanuk.
Although we have a large stock of the most common styles, sizes, and colors, many items must still be ordered directly from the manufacturer.
We generally receive our orders in 5-7 Business Days from the date of your order.
Reef and Sanuk items are then shipped to the customer the same day we receive them.
Spydersurf.com strongly encourages our customers to take advantage of our $5 UPS
Ground shipping method
when placing Reef and Sanuk orders.
**If another shipping method
is chosen, such as 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, the order will ship from us to you via
the chosen method upon arrival from Reef or Sanuk.**
All orders are subject to availability from Reef and Sanuk.
Spydersurf.com is in constant communications with Reef and Sanuk to
keep our inventory updated to accurately reflect available the styles, sizes
and colors currently offered.
If an item is on back order or has become unavailable for any reason,
we promptly notify our customers via email.
Our $5 shipping rate is via UPS Ground which is an estimated 1-6 business days in transit depending on your proximity to our warehouse and office in Los Angeles.
The $5 UPS Ground shipping option applies to the continental USA only.
*UPS Ground is not available for PO Boxes, Military addresses, Hawaiian or Alaskan addresses.
These orders will ship via the USPS. Please allow up to an extra week for these orders to process.*
Expedited shipping methods are available for in stock items.
Price and delivery times vary based on the package weight and destination.
